These terms describe the basic rules for using ExamHatch. ExamHatch is a learning-support product that provides diagnosis, method guidance, study records and review tools.
Purpose of the service
- ExamHatch provides learning-support and self-management tools and does not guarantee a particular examination, academic or career outcome.
- Diagnosis and recommendations are intended to support reflection and learning-method experimentation and are not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice.
Accounts and security
- You should provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
- Access to features may vary by membership tier, administrator configuration or product-testing scope.
- If your circumstances require parent, guardian or school authorisation to use ExamHatch, obtain that authorisation before creating or using an account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully. Attempts to bypass access controls, disrupt the system, scrape restricted data at scale or interfere with other users are prohibited.
Content and intellectual property
- ExamHatch branding, interface, original content, learning-method organisation and software code are protected by applicable law.
- Users retain rights they lawfully hold in content they submit and permit ExamHatch to process that content as needed to provide the service.
Changes to the service
- ExamHatch may continue to evolve features, membership scope and experimental functionality. Material changes to these terms should be communicated through an appropriate channel.
